My aim

Providing useful solutions to family conflicts.
Rules before communication. Any, even theoretically ideal, method of resolving conflicts will be ineffective in the case of:
- exclusion of the agreement,
- blocking communication,
- using the power argument,
- hiding real intentions,
- treating the state of conflict as favourable,
- ignoring ad rem arguments,
- punishment with isolation when contact is necessary,
- taking advantage of doing harm.
A dramatic state of conflict will be the occurrence of all these threats at the same time.

In the proposed application, the condition for logging in to the edition is a declaration of refraining from the use of the listed acts of communication destruction.

The leader registering a new case can choose one of the following options:
- ordinary communication, where everyone logged in with a key can present their messages, positions, views.
- expressing a position on a matter raised by the Leader,
- negotiating an agreement (protected entity, protected values, purpose, methods, causes of conflict).
- negotiating an agreement in the presence of the manager.
The leader can choose / change the communication option depending on the needs.

Council

The leader creates a list of participants (maximum 30) and introduces the topic.
