Talk with me

Marek Mruczkowski, Poland

My aim

Providing useful solutions to family conflicts.
Rules before communication. Any, even theoretically ideal, method of resolving conflicts will be ineffective in the case of:
- exclusion of the agreement,
- blocking communication,
- using the power argument,
- hiding real intentions,
- treating the state of conflict as favourable,
- ignoring ad rem arguments,
- punishment with isolation when contact is necessary,
- taking advantage of doing harm.
A dramatic state of conflict will be the occurrence of all these threats at the same time.

In the proposed application, the condition for logging in to the edition is a declaration of refraining from the use of the listed acts of communication destruction.

The leader registering a new case can choose one of the following options:
- ordinary communication, where everyone logged in with a key can present their messages, positions, views.
- expressing a position on a matter raised by the Leader,
- negotiating an agreement (protected entity, protected values, purpose, methods, causes of conflict).
- negotiating an agreement in the presence of the manager.
The leader can choose / change the communication option depending on the needs.

Default application setting.
The initiator is the registrant of the new case (Leader).
A. Observer Forum. Anyone who knows the website address and key can send a message. They cannot be edited, deleted. This forum is not visible after logging in with a key and password.
B. Forum of participants (logged in with key and password). They are indicated by the number:
1 Initiator
2 Invited
3 Managers
The last message of the participant is presented. All are sent to the archive.
In option B, the texts can be deleted by the Initiator, if there were no participants ever logged in with the password.
A and B are liquidated in accordance with the data lifetime selected by the Initiator when registering the case.

The leader creates a list of participants (maximum 30) and introduces the topic.
The last topic of the Leader and the last announcement of the participant are presented.
Deletion of data after going through another option (talk, negotiations) or in accordance with the data lifetime selected by the Leader.

Editing a form by two participants.
The last position is presented. If you agree to the text of the other party, just type "agreed".
The goal of the participants is to reach agreement on all points.
